My stay at Rachel & Antonio's home in Denver could not have been more pleasant. I had originally booked a 6 month stay and enjoyed my experience so much that I decided to stay an additional 6 months. The townhouse is ideally located on the west side of the city between Sloan's Lake and Sport's Authority Stadium, a 5 minute drive to the popular Highlands neighborhood, and only 10 minutes to Red Rocks. Rachel and Antonio have thought of every detail. Their home is fully stocked, clean, and welcoming. I encountered only one small issue with the garage door and it was fixed within 24 hours. My only regret was that I could not stay another year! Thank you Antonio & Rachel!

Wow! We could not have asked for a better experience. Our extended stay in Colorado was enhanced by having a true place to CALL HOME. From having every amenity necessary, garage parking and a fabulous location, we look forward to returning in the future... and telling everyone we know in the meantime.

The house is beautiful, and the location is great. The landlords are easy to contact, helpful and friendly. I had a very positive experience, and had no issues at all. Everything worked, we had everything we needed, and my visiting family (including 2 kids, which the landlords had no problem accepting) had a fantastic time in Denver. The price is very reasonable for a fully furnished, large townhouse in such a good location. The fixtures and fittings are modern and attractive, the furnishings are comprehensive and the parking garage is so useful. The security system is an added bonus. Cable & WiFi is also setup, very useful for entertaining the kids. Kitchen has everything you need should you want to cook, and there is a Safeway not too far away if you need groceries. Lovely place. I would have no hesitations renting it again.

Almost everything about our stay was positive. The space is big, open, beautiful, clean, and has a great location. It has just about every amenity you could ask for: huge master bathroom and shower, very large walk in closet, great sound system, gas fireplace, amazing rooftop deck with views of the city and the mountains, etc. You can walk to Sloan's Lake and a $5 Uber ride will get you to Lohi or Lodo which have just about every attraction you can imagine. Antonio and Rachel were very responsive to calls and texts, and the place was stocked with necessities. The only negative is that if something needs major repair, the responsiveness of the company through which the home warranty is served will probably mean it won't be fixed during your stay. The A/C went out on the 9th day of our 30 day stay, and was out for the remainder of the time. That being said, Antonio and Rachel made sure that we were compensated fairly. The problem we experienced was probably just a result of bad luck. Other than that hiccup, this place is great and we'd recommend staying here to anyone.

5 stars! This townhouse is FANTASTIC!. From first contact, the owner's Antonio & Rachel were quick to respond to my questions and made the rental process quick and easy. The moment I walked into to condo, I fell in love with the intricate artwork and modern furnishings. It is a very spacious but very "homey" townhouse. Beautiful view of the Broncos stadium and of the mountains from the roof. The condo is nicely updated and very comfortable to stay in. Having a washer/dryer in the unit was very convenient, as was having a secured garage and alarm system. Also, the location is perfect - a few blocks from beautiful Sloan Lake and quick bike ride or 5 minute drive into downtown Denver or the Highland's area. Close to most places... amazing restaurants, shows, sports, a comedy club, shopping, the Pepsi Center, and so on. Grocery stores are just a short drive or taxi ride away. It was very hard to leave this place when my rental period was over but I would highly recommend this unit to anyone coming to the Denver area.
